hey I’m looking for some reccomendations to get some upolstery work on my gtr, i want to do something for the dash, doorpanels and carpet…any reccomendations?

I over heard that EZ Motorsports does this stuff. But I could be wrong.

well i was hoping for a bit more that whiteout, but maybe i can go old school and spray paint it, :lol: I was going to do it myself but finding any new pieces are really hard most stuff i just wanted redone like the door panel inserts, I was at a show in california in december and so many cars were redone with suede dashes and inserts and they looked amazing but i cant find anyone local to do the work.

well any other reccomendations I have a 93 rx7 too i got it and it has no carpeting at all and loud as hell inside, it goes amazing but so loud,

I do believe there was a guy who payed alot for some suede on his 240 doors. Ill try and find the thread.

most suede panels and dashes are not real suede. its called flocking its a type of kinda textured paint it comes out smooth like suede but it can be died many different colors. I can do a lot of custom stuff but it takes time and money man.

“Basically, that parts that can’t be wrapped and just getting dyed, which isn’t very much. Stuff like the speaker covers, stuff like that is getting dyed. The rest of the panels are getting wrapped in fine grain ebony vinyl. The door inserts are an orange suede. The 2 front door inserts and there are 2 inserts in the back panels too. So those all four are getting Suede. It’s going to run me $1500 for everything, which isn’t bad at all!”
