are 235/40/18’s too wide to fit a 18x7.5? because i want to run them on my 18x7.5’s for now, and then mid summer season switch them to ROTA P45R’s with 18x9.5 ---

It all depends on your taste. The 225 will perform better in steering response wise since there will be less sidewall flex. ---
