so no contract and claims losing money on the Ipad itself, sounds to me like he is buying refurbs at the $429 or whatever they were? BTW I own part of an auth retailer, my cost is more than $450 and apple mandates pricing our agreement is anything sold below their sugg retail we will lose our contract so tell your boss to be careful with this. ---
