Not to hijack but to be sure people are clear. Note this is the 2nd generation. Some may see 3.0 and not know what firmware means etc… It’s not a 3rd generation nor 3G capable phone. ---

there is a 2g 8gig on CL local right now for 125. unlocked and jailbroken… dont hold your breath for 200 take the 175 and run with it ---

However, it can still use Apple’s iPhone 3.0 OS. People need to stop calling it iPhone 2g and use iPhone Edge or iPhone 1 or something. But anyhow - glws, I always liked the 1st gen iphones exterior better. ---

This is Apple Hardware Revision 1.0 The firmware is Apple Software Revision 3.0 It uses Edge data, not 3G. That should clear it up? ---

This is back up for sale. My 3GS finally came in, so this will be free to sell. I made the mistake of assuming the 3GS was available, previously.
