i am due for an upgrade. i currently have a evo 4g but am considering going to the iphone 4s. im wanting to know peoples opinions, and why i should keep my evo or why i should get the iphone 4s. carrier is sprint. thanks in advance. ---

iPhone all the way. Unfortunately the 4S only has the “4G like” speeds on AT&T. But still I think it’s the best phone on the market for the average person who doesn’t care to dick with it. ---

I have the EVO 3D (an EVO 4G+ if you will - the 3D is a useless marketing gimmic) and although it’s a good phone with plenty of features and speed, I do have my days where I consider Apple. There is just something about Siri that I like, however, every time someone demo’s it to me…it fails miserably. I’m waiting for Android Ice Cream Sandwich to launch for the 3D in early 2012 before I decide if I will make the switch. If I don’t see enough improvements in the OS at that point, I’ll likely switch. However, at that point, I might just wait for the iPhone 5. I have no problems with Apple’s phone or music devices, but I can’t stand them and their computer devices :lol. Over priced, over rated equipment is what that is. ---

4g is insanely fast but i really like my iphone 4s. its easy to use (who hasnt at least held a ipod touch before at this point), and the app store, while heavily restricted and funneled by apple, is still quite expansive. The Camera is the best camera ive ever owned, and siri is useful sometimes. Not knocking on droids though my buddy just picked up a droid razr and its beast ---

camera on the 4s is incredible, the dual core processor makes a notable difference in speed compared to the 4 and iOS is incredibly intuitive. ---

I would never buy an iPhone at its current price point. It’s outdated technology at a super premium price. Good resale value, though. ---

i currently have sprint. ill be going to verizon and i just signed up for my att concession line. and no, sprint is not always cheaper than verizon or att. ---

I pay $80 and have EVERYTHING unlimited but minutes (450 - I only use like 30…not even kidding). Including free roaming, etc. No data cap, and that $80 includes insurance. Definitely the cheapest yet best bang for the buck. ---
