Well 56 kilo bits per second is actually 8 kilo bytes so it will take you

222,000,000 bytes / 7,000 bytes per second = 27750 seconds or 462.5 minutes or 7.71 hours

Given you average about 4 kilo bytes a second on 56k, you can assume maybe about 14 hours.
