i have a 8gb touch for sale. Has 1.1.4 currently unjailbroken but can be jailbroken if the buyer wants. Back is scratched just like any other ipod but dose come with a rubber clear case i bought from walmart for 20 bucks. Will come with the ipod cable and headphones that came with it originally.
