True true, but either way no matter what we do, we are going to have to do one or the other.
We can’t just be like… “so we are not worried about Iraq anymore, in Today’s news a cat got stuck in a tree”
Those are pretty much the only two alternatives left (even if we nuke we have to pull out) and I’m curious to see both sides of the story and supporters for them.

I think a lot of countries wouldn’t mind nuking them. I think if it wasn’t for all this BS politics then more drastic action would have been taken years ago and we wouldn’t be at this point now (not saying they would nuke them, but def more aggressive then they are now).
and seriously, who the hell is going to stand up for those countries in the middles east?

There is no out, i remember the fall of saigon being the same way. Same setup, war for 15 years then pullout when we know we’ve lost. By then it’s too late and the opposing force just walks in and turns it to shit again. War is never the answer, cut off there economic means and let them kill each other. Cut off ther oil or trade them for food, shelter, etc.

I wasn’t saying any other countries would be sticking up for them.
I’m saying launching a nuke would be very very bad. not to mention every other country in the world not agreeing at all. United Nations would have a field day. This war is very unpopular, and GWB has made it so we have basically been caught with our pants down, since all of the other countries who pledged support are now saying :wtf. They are all pulling out. what are we doing? looking like fucking idiots.
if they cant defend themselves, and blatantly dont want to defend themselves, who the fuck are we to say otherwise? if they say they are willing to defend themselves, give them the means, don’t do shit for them. This falls under the same arguments for/against the world food bank.

A - weve won the war from a military standpoint?..WRONG, just because GWB goes on a Aircraft carrier(years ago) with a sign that says mission accomplished doesn’t mean its true. Theres more military dieing every day.
That is what I’m convinced the higher ups in the military is telling the troops. “O this is soo easy we already wonn”
When I was a Senior in high school, a person from the army came to the school and had little conferences back then and literally told us, “Creating peace in the middle east will be easy. If we tell them what to do they will do it.” Its hilarious that they say that shit knowing its compleltley a lie, and knowing everyone listening know its a total lie. That was 4 years ago 😉
