did they run 3rd gens in 1980? i saw the pictures of 1980 and its a 3rd gen.

third gens started in 82. 80 was still the second

It’s a shame what has happened to IROC. They ran Porsches in the beginning. Over time, it’s been taken over by NASCAR. I still like the format but they’ve got to take “international” out of the name. Funny thing is they are now running a car that hasn’t been in production since the 2002 model year…

it must have been a error with the picture on their page.
i’ll let you know if i dont use it as of right now i will be. i just had the pistons hung and crank polished.

yeah Iroc camaros started in 85 when they got the license for the name. then it changed in 91 to the dodge daytona i think…or something like that
