-can i use these for those? me: turns around - can you use what for what? -i need more of that material [on the saw] and all i have left are these pieces [on the floor] yes, yes you can -but they arent the same stuff yes they are -no they arent, they look different the ones on the floor are just sandblasted … just like 1/2 the pieces that you had to cut -oh -well are they the same size? yes -but they are to short to put in the saw how long are they? -56 inches and how long do they have to be? -56 then they are already the right length? -yes so why do you have to cut them? -oh -how did they get over here? they were on the top of the bundle of material you just cut -oh, well i dont know who put them on the floor probably who ever unbanded the material -that was me, yea, i had to move them so then you DO know who put them on the floor? -yea -well debbie said i need to cut 38 pieces how many pieces did you cut? -38 so theres 38 pieces over on the pile already -yes and these are extra? -yea so you already have enough pieces? -yes :picard: ---

-T1 -ms Brown problem -new setup steps -cx calling back saying that shes going to cancel if i dont walk her threw when asked if she got someone to help her out -trying to get a connection created -Piqua OH (937) 381-0360 One Comm-Dayton 99 -says local -7dd -no call waiting -told about long distance -verified un/pw -having the hardest time typing in the username -cx asking how to remove typing -tryed to explain -cx talking about other things -this is cx first time using a computer -cx says that sales pretty much told her we would educated her on how to use the computer and get setup -told cx we can set her up and walk her threw issues she is having with the internet but we can not teach her how to use a computer -cx says shes going to cancel and go with an internet service where they will teach her -told cx she will not find a service -gave cancel number -cx all set -TTI Edit: I know the spelling is terrible, i just typed them up quickly because i was pissed as shit with the attitude she was giving me. just typed it, got up and walked away. ---

ahahahahaha i just set someone up on vista and right after i set them up i was going to create a short cut. i asked if they were on manage network connections and she told me the computer was now shutting down. lol my response was, well thats not good. right after i said that cx hung up the phone. lol ---

So glad I’m not in IT Service… to many dumb people… I have enough other Engineers and managers who don’t know their head from their ass and i have a tough enough time dealing with them, yet alone some moron with an IQ less than 50 trying to use a computer… ---

I think the best problems I hear about are from people I know that work at time warner, when there is a fire in California. People seriously call in when their neighbors house is on fire and ask why they don’t have internet. ---

“It says no dial tone when I try and sign on”. Do you have a phone line plugged in? “Uhh, NO! I don’t have any phone lines in my house. I don’t use my phone.” Well you need a phone line to connect. “No one told me that! I’m going to cancel!” Well how were you expecting to dial online? “I don’t know, that’s your job! I’m paying damn good money for this service” …Ahh, the good old days of LocalNET. ---
