# Is it possible to obtain and attach an entire s14 rear clip?

My car has some significant rust at the rear… inside the trunk looks okay, but inside the rear wheel wells are bad… seems previous owner thought he was some driftstar, hit the rear end a bunch of times and solved his problems with bondo… the front of the car is good, frame rails good… rockers had a hole i think on pass side but was all fixed…
Anyway, is it possible to obtain an entire rear end of an s14 and have it welded on the car? Would this be worth it? or is it best to look for another chassis? I cannot weld and would have to pay someone to do this work
– maybe i should have taken some pictures of the trouble area(s)… as of right now i plan to drive the car for as long as possible and buy another chassis when needed swapping all my good parts over…

Not worth it. Welding, if done right, is not cheap and would take time. Buy another chassis and swap everything over.

This x100…
Sure you can pay someone with a welder with McDonalds. But you’ll easily get McDonalds quality.
Or you can pay a welder to do it right. But the cost and time it would take would simply not be worth it…

ah i figured as much, thanks for the advice… I guess ill have to start saving from now
