# Is there a way to do a compressor test with engine outside of the car?

Exactly. With any other motor I would have said screw you, but I knew this one wouldn’t be that bad. We had one bolt and a nut loosely on it to hold it’s position, I just had to keep it from rotating or coming off the flywheel.
