It may only look like a bubble. Once you start cutting you’ll endup with a 1x1 inch hole. Passenger side one, if its that bad already, just wait till you take the die grinder to it. I’ve fixed many a spot of rust on floor, frame etc. Don’t BS me. If the rails are that bad the chassis is toast. Try a 2 winter project and nightmare after nightmare. And when your done you’ll have a big glob of weld. Andrew. ---
