It’s purely a matter of pulling the roof out and putting in the targa mechs. All C6’s are targas.

but wasnt the roof on the z06 hardtop so it would add more rigidity to the car,

Every C6, z06 or not, is a targa based chassis.

but those people who pay 80 for a poorly restored 68 split window…

yea def hot…if it came down to buying a new vette money not an option…it would be a toss up…being able to take the roof off, having the extra performance…so i’d vote for this

MSRP is not usually what they sell for, I was talking to the GM at Patrick about theirs and they said usually they get about 10-15 over MSRP for it and most the time they are sold to buyers who are looking for specific colors, etc. and get shipped away.
Just what I was told, so the one they have at Patrick he said would sell for around 75kish easy so I though 80k for a targa version is bad ass…
I would rock it but its red and I hate red.
