Your saying i need a motor first. Shit!  
I was just going to coast down the hill and hope i make a 10 sec pass.  
Well there goes my build plans.

Treadstone intercoolers seem to perform well for the money. I tested one, it was very nice. The only problem with the 2 cores I tried, were 1 of them had a pin hole sized leak right at the end-tank, but that was easily fixable.
