he said its just the lip, the wheel still held air and he could still drive on it.

the wheels are pretty scuffed up, and the bent one looks mint (go figure) but i cant pass it up for the price…

That’s def repairable. One of my gold wheels had a similar bend but with a hairline crack in it also and it was able to get fixed. My friend had an almost identical bend to that on his URS6 and had all 4 wheels refinished and the bend fixed for about $480 from Wheels America in Farmingdale, NY.
