Ahh, finally, I talked to a human!! My bill is only going up $1.00 after this new promotion fee, but I did learn something:
They charge you for “HD Tier” - $4.99 a month. I figured that was my HD channels, but it’s not. This is just a set of 5 channels that no one watches, consisting of (Smithsonian HD, Smithsonian HD on demand, the farming channel, MGM, and Universal). So, as a bit of advice to all of you, you may want to call in and save yourself that $4.99 a month!

My wife just made me call and order those… I believe that we now have EVERY channel. Ridiculous.
