I build and work on their video/data network(alcatel, cisco, juniper) I don’t deal with pricing and end user stuff and I can’t give you free services.

did you try the 756 beep number? i usually get a local person when i call that number.
also They told me the HD tier included espn HD, that’s why I didn’t get rid of it. Maybe they changed that?

FYI, the time warner chat is very poor. Every time I have used it, they end up not answering the question and tell me to call the local office.
The one on Indian Church road is a couple blocks from my house, and sometimes I end up going there. They are pretty efficient for a cable company.
I was going to order FIOS TV and internet, but honesty at my current rate its about the same amount of money for about the same service. Why bother… Also does FIOS have canadian TV? I didn’t see any listed, and I like to watch hockey night in canada as often as possible.
If I were a bachelor then I would just get the stupid 25 dollar directv package, and call it a day. My girlfriend wants all the bullshit, I don’t even watch 99 percent of the channels that we get.
