somewhat, obviously i’m more familiar with the fios network and while they say you get a dedicated fiber from the central office, it’s actually 12 users that are on that fiber, to a hub, then you’re own from the hub to your house. the amount of bandwidth that can travel across that fiber is so great, that no matter what all those people are doing, their speeds won’t fluctuate.
