I dont know if this will take off or not. I’m leaning towards the NOT.  
But give some credit that SOMETHING actually got built/done in the falls. It’s surely not enough but dayum no ones been able to get anything done up there. If you compare the canadian side to ours its crazy. We drove down clifton hill sunday and it was mobbed with people, this side-nothing

My only problem is it looks like someone converted an old set of bleechers.  
It needs to look awesome like Disney would do to attract people.  
Maybe have it look like a mountain with a giant animated Yeti screaming at the peak.

clifton hill has been bumping non stop for years too. US side has been dismal as long as i can remember.

Spectator Ticket $5.00

I don’t see people paying to watch their kids. More like $12.50 for the place to watch their kids while they go shop somewhere for two hours.
