If you want a rust free car and really like VW’s or a certain car. Then, you should be willing to Drive a long distance or even FLY to take a look at a car. Have it trailered back to you. You can’t expect to find anything in the rust belt here.

So wait ,you think bmws are going to be better? especially a 3 series oh now you gonna spen moe than 10k if you buy a 96 its already 10 yrs old you will start having the same probs …and it will cost you more to fix em

There’s no doubt BMW’s are nice cars, but they’re gonna drain a wallet even faster than a VW-- especially if you’re talking about an old E30 or E36 that is falling apart (aka bought for a "good " price).
