> Well, I need to get a 1/4" spacer for the sproket. I’m going to have the one you guys had remachined. The buell axle is the smaller size. I need to get a harley axle and step the frame up a pinch in the back. Unless I can interchange buell bearing into the harley wheel. I have yet to knock them out and try. I’m not sure where that going to leave me with the rear brake. We’ll see when I get the axle situated. I know the rotor wont fit the harley hub. I’m also looking at harley 19" or 21" front laced wheels. I think thats going to nessatate getting the buell forks bored out to accept the harley axle.

Trying to remember all the details on the rear axle. Google helped.
Buell axle: 7/8"
2004-earlier sportster 3/4"
2005-later sportster 1"
