# Jack location in trunk

Hey folks,

Can someone tell me where the jack is supposed to go in the trunk in a 2006 sedan please?

I just picked up the car few days ago and don’t have owner’s manual yet. The dealer just left the jack sitting in the trunk and I want to move it out of the way.

LIFT UP THE CARPET IN THE TRUNK ITS USUALLY IN ON THE PASSANGER SIDE.

I didnt see any cut outs for the jack there. People on other forums say its goes in a side panel in the trunk. Will try to see if I can get it in there.
