Well, isn’t the original sin conscientiousness, a state of mind that wasn’t reached until they ate the apple (as the _story_ goes)? So the real question would be had the fetus achieved conscientiousness?

Besides if this so called “god” is truly a benevolent creature based on forgiveness eternal hell does not exist as a punishment.
