Some people are just impossible to please, and I work in a profession where I’m judged heavily before a customer even gets on the parking lot due to the reputation car salespeople have. From the moment any conversation is initiated, they have their guard up and on a lot of people, it can be difficult to overcome. I’ve showed people the invoice of vehicles before to show how aggressively priced a vehicle was. People automatically assume that even when that happens, we’re managing to make $5k on a vehicle no matter what. Car sells for $3k?
