Risk does NOT always equal reward. Furthermore, a 5% pay increase is a piss-poor reward to expect when faced with the risk of: 1. Potentially losing your new job when the new employer needs to reduce budget and eliminate employees without seniority. 2. Potentially hating your new job. 3. Potentially hating your new location. ---

i moved from home for work, and hated it. got a huge raise, but the city sucked-philly… your going somewhere pretty nice, warm, flat, reasonable price…go for it ---
