If you apply the same logic to Jose, then how could you blame him for being illegal and stealing as much from government programs as possible!? It is against the law to hire illegal immigrants. The unions. Non union companys are forced to pay prevailing wage to even out bidding for state jobs. Unfortunetly non union companys pay laborers prevailing rate to workers doing trade specific work. Just another loophole in the system. ---
