I was down there when he was starting to build.(If it is his house in FLA)
We were staying at a friends parents house right near his street.
The neighbors were upset because he bought three lots for one house.
There are some other famous people in that neighborhood, I think Mark Martin and a couple other nascar guys live there too.

That issue of arch digest is very old guys. I used to be in the magazine business when i was going to college. I bet that one is dated in 2002-2003.
I remember thumbing through it in the wegmans on alberta after they had just done the major renovations to that one.
That was a long time ago!
