Not sure if it’s too soon or not to post, but I’m working on closing on a house. Been looking for a couple months now and after about 30 homes we snatched one up. Yeah, those are coming down. There is also a huge and heavy metal prep table in the basement. probably weighs about 300lbs+ could be good for prepping deer, fish, etc. ---

Buy something ugly as fuck but with newer mechanicals/roof/driveway. These are the big ticket items you won’t have to deal with and you can customize the other things to suit your taste. ---
