this is a very cool little hood. clean, quiet, nice, close enough to the city, very reasonably priced houses, ect good buy! ---

Congrats dude! Girlfriend and I just bought a house on Newell in Tonawanda. Closing by the end of May. Super excited about house mods haha ---

You aren’t too far from where I currently am. New house is on pickford ave (not sure if I originally posted that). We’ve already bought stuff for the house. Spent about $150 on paint at Sherwan Williams. That was with there 40% off sale. Congrats on your home though. ---

I think i remember seeing this house online while searching a couple months back. Looks solid. thats awesome about the paint. Im hoping sales like that come around once closing time hits for me lol ---

I think total we got: 3 Gallons of the Super Paint @ $30.59 1 Quart Duration Paint @ $13.19 1 HGTV Satin Ultra @ $23.39 1 Ceiling and Wall Semi Gloss (Not sure on the quality) Those are prices EACH. ---

Ceiling should be flat, except in the bathrooms. IT’s a pain in the ass to get a good finish regardless, why make it harder with a sheen. Good choices otherwise.
