-defendant sold a “picture” of a phone to the plaintiff who thought it was the actual phone.

-defendant thought she was being clever, even putting “this is a picture only” in the ebay auction.

-enter judge judy who owns the defendant by awarding $5000 to the plaintiff because the defendant was a scammer.
