# jump drive problems

Help. I cannot get any of my computers to recognize my jump drive and i need to get information off of it. Anyone know what to do?

what did you do so far? I didn’t have to install squat for my jump drive. It just worked automatically.

go to device manager… what does it see for usb devices?

You arent running windows 98 are ya?

XP should have no problem,the drive could be defective also.

no, it will not recognize it on any on any of my computers like it previously did. I think the jump drive crapped out on me is there any way to get the information of them?
