Dammit. I tried to make it work, but far too much work at the shop. Have fun, y’all. ---

It was a good time even though the weather was downright awful. It was pea soup, cold and rainy, but totally worth it! Prior to this I had never heard an F1 car in person… and now Im sooo glad I took a day off work to experience it. My buddy Jeff that I went with took some pretty decent pics from half way up the grandstands. ![https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-KH8Eogve0dY/TffpaTf9V7I/AAAAAAAABts/cc5TAd_tB_U/s800/DSC_3347.jpg](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-KH8Eogve0dY/TffpaTf9V7I/AAAAAAAABts/cc5TAd_tB_U/s800/DSC_3347.jpg) ![https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-MVuGhpSdWwQ/TffpGMR0tGI/AAAAAAAABtA/V7UIIUxu6kU/s800/DSC_3269.jpg](https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-MVuGhpSdWwQ/TffpGMR0tGI/AAAAAAAABtA/V7UIIUxu6kU/s800/DSC_3269.jpg) ![https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-g2AldVkDdzM/Tffprd0D_jI/AAAAAAAABuU/fLh_OzMrsJM/s912/DSC_3446.jpg](https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-g2AldVkDdzM/Tffprd0D_jI/AAAAAAAABuU/fLh_OzMrsJM/s912/DSC_3446.jpg) ![https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-7fMrN51IOs0/TffpfGVf1xI/AAAAAAAABtw/C533KQ8_eXM/s912/DSC_3371.jpg](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-7fMrN51IOs0/TffpfGVf1xI/AAAAAAAABtw/C533KQ8_eXM/s912/DSC_3371.jpg) ![https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-E0EhT5wJrNQ/TffpmIp5f4I/AAAAAAAABuE/Bx9UgsmkAMk/s912/DSC_3395.jpg](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-E0EhT5wJrNQ/TffpmIp5f4I/AAAAAAAABuE/Bx9UgsmkAMk/s912/DSC_3395.jpg) ![https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-KgWdoznsAfE/TffpkkQTm2I/AAAAAAAABuA/nEh9qUvQ9GU/s912/DSC_3398.jpg](https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-KgWdoznsAfE/TffpkkQTm2I/AAAAAAAABuA/nEh9qUvQ9GU/s912/DSC_3398.jpg) ---

Agreed, it was pretty damn cold, but totally worth it. Crappy iPhone vid of first time Hamilton gets on it in his car, in rainy conditions. [https://youtu.be/RJ4q1DLxCDE](https://youtu.be/RJ4q1DLxCDE) It was cool to watch the Speed Coverage of the event a few hours later. X… ---

I was just going to mention that Speed had something with this on last night but I didn’t catch it. Did they cover it pretty well? Maybe I’ll catch a re-run. ---
