Figured it is about time we have another Grill n Chill for the shift 518 crew. (Sorry E I copied most of your thread from the last one) **_when_** - June 27th time - starts at 12pm goes till whenever. **_where_** - Thatcher Park. **(Picnic Area)** [http://nysparks.state.ny.us/parks/128/details.aspx](http://nysparks.state.ny.us/parks/128/details.aspx) i believe its $5 to get into the park. **_what-_** grill and chill this consists of cooking some tasty food, throwing around a football, some lax stick etc. this **WILL NOT** be a burnout event or anything like that. lets act mature and save the burnouts for in front of PJB’s house. :thumbup here is the difficult part. food and drink list. what I’m thinking is depending on how many people we will need a fair amount of food. so i will start a list and we can add and subtract if need be. ``` Hamburgers- SINGH ``` _pasta salad_-(3lbs+) _potato salad_-(3lbs+) _hot dogs_- **Kdubs** _chips_-(5+bags) -**[20wrx09](http://shift518.com/member.php?u=1571)** _hot dog buns_-(32+) **SINGH** _hamburger buns_-(32+) **SINGH** _cookies/treats_- **[Kitsune](http://shift518.com/member.php?u=2068)** _brownies- **McBitchin** _ _sodas_-(diet, reg, purple, etc) - **dkid15** _waters_- **kdubs** _plastic/paper plates_- **kramerbuccs24** _cups_- **99FRC, dkid15** _forks, knifes, spoons- **99FRC** _ _napkins-_ **Code Blue** _cooking utensils-(grill brush and grilling spatula) **Code Blue** _ _big spoons for salads_- **Code Blue** _garbage bags_- **Code Blue** _2 bags of pre soaked charcoal-_ _condiments -_ this is the sign up sheet. please copy and past this into your post with your name and what u will be bringing after it like i have done above. im guessing everyone will sign up but max 40 people will actually show. please lets write this down on our calenders and make it and actual event that we will commit to coming. i would hate to put so much money and effort into something that no one shows up to. so i beg you, if you sign up, please come. this is a carry in carry out place. so anything that goes in, must come out. also BYOB ---
