Great, but now he has to pay? That is second hard part. My wife sewed someone once and she won. It was only 470 bucks. But it took 8 months to track this person down to get the money. Good Luck ---

well i sued the company, and ATM its still in business so hopefully it wont be too hard. But your right, that is what scares me. ---

Chasing a contractor that did some amazingly shitty work and left a huge mess behind. According to the attorney I worked with on my issue, if the person you have a judgment against refuses to pay you can apparently have the county sheriff seize and auction their property. Just need to find it and tell them where it is. With your situation, it shouldn’t be too hard- take the judgment to the sheriff’s office and see about having a car or two seized from their lot.
