i use my sick days as personal days. we get no actual sick time… but if we take more than 40 hrss we get a talking to. but “some” people have no issue with 80 hours sick time, so I no longer feel bad about it. i gave away almost 2 years sick time… and I get the same raises as said slacker. ---

note to managers: over pay your employees, and they will work harder. if they consider themselfs “overpaid” then most people are more productive… (not by much… even $0.25 will do it) let them think they are underpaid, and they will cost you more than you can quantify in $$. ---
