He mentioned a lot about drifting and then said it wasn’t going to be a drift car so I was confused. My Subaru is my dd but it’s built to go around corners fast. ---

i dont see a reason for a DD with no real purpose for being built to have a set of coilovers. i mean if you’re going to drift it and auto x and track once and a while then go for it but if youre doing it just to do it then i dont see a point. obviously do what you want to do, thats just my humble opinion. ---

I just said my opinion of why spend $400+ on coilovers which are made for great handling when you could spend $100 for used springs that lower that car just as well for looks and will still marginally increase handling. You rarely reach the limits of the stock suspension on the streets (handling wise), so why upgrade this limit considerably to coilover status? You’ll practically never reach it. ---
