# ka clutch question

hey… last summer i did a auto to manual swap in my s13. now for the past cuple days i have noticed that my clutch is slipping. After about half an hour of driving , if im in 3rd or 4th and i give it gas the rpm’s go up but the car wont move. It seams like the clutch is just not grabbing. So do i have to replace the clutch or is the pressure plate not grabbing.

how many km’s since the install? we’re the clutch and pressure plate previously used together? i’m thinking it may take time for the surfaces to get into a groove. also, nicely greased up parts (from your hands) may need time to burn clean.
