# ka-de clutch in an sr-det tranny?

The pressure plate has different mounting holes.

tell me if i’m wrong, but couldn’t he take it to a machine shop and have the flywheel drilled for the new mounting points?

Yes, but mch easier way to do it is re drill new holes in the pressure plate.

Though i wouldnt recomend either.

You dont want to be racing and have your clutch go through your bell housing, through the rusted floor pan, then through your legs.

legs? who needs legs, if you ask me walking his highly overrated. And besides i’d have the quickest wheelchair in town!

ok ok ok, well what if i leave the pressure plate from the SR but use the actual clutch from the KA will that work???

Phillip is right. If anything I would want to go with a larger disk (250mm like SCC did) rather than smaller.
