The head of the older KA’s is a bit different than the newer KA’s or so I have heard. :rolleyes: Everything else should be the same…

the 91’s have bigger cams, and yes an engine from the earlier models should work, just use your second gen intake mani on it.

trannys not going to work tho because of that OBd 2 sensor or whatever its called again tho right?

I have a 95 Block and head in my 93. I swaped over all the sensors and Manifolds. I swapped in my 93 cams and everything is perfect on it. Just leave the s13 cams in too, as mentioned above they are higher duration than the s14 cams.

Why do you have to swap the intake mani? The big cam should not case any problems (I don’t need an ECU remap)?

Its easier to take off the manifold than take off all the sensors and such. I wouldnt really worry about a ecu remap your going from 232/232 to 248/232.
