k just wonder if i can change just the head on the ka24 without doin anything else either that or if i do the full enigne swap will i have to change the computer i just need to kno what to do to swap it i plan on turboing it down the road the reason im not turboing the sohc is i cant find a turbo header… thanks

Compression will be to high for boost conditions. Do more research.

you can still turbo a ka24e with a ka24de head on it you just need a thicker head gasket to lower the compression.

when you either swap a ka24de in or just swap the head you will still need a altonator ,ecu,harness,distributor cap and rotor,spark plugs,spark plug wires and MAF all from the ka24de it’s better to get a 91-94 ka24de head or complete motor since it’s OBD 1 to OBD1
