a ricer is still a ricer.

I don’t care if it’s an 88 Civic with a 400hp turbo’d B18; if it has a pep boys aluminium wing, altezzas, and condensation-filled ebay-special “JDM” headlights, it’s a riced out piece of shit.

didn’t you know?

weaving around traffic at the top of third gear, a hair from the rev limiter, nearly sideswiping people = fast
