# L33 Aluminum 5.3L V8 - basically a 5.3L LS6

I have for sale an L33/LY5 (?) block, with 243 heads (basically z06 heads without sodium filled valves) and LS1 intake with fuel rail/injectors.

The engine was fairly low kms (don’t have exact number…definitely below 100k) out of an avalanche flex fuel model. All aluminum block and heads. The internet calls it “basically a 5.3L version of the LS6”.

Looking for $600obo. These are hard to find and excellent swap candidate motors. They made over 300hp stock from factory, and rev higher than the 5.7/6.0L motors. LS series parts bolt straight up as well.
