# Lagging

It seems that since the new header on the forums went up (with the ad banner and such) I;m having lagging issues at work and at home. It used to load really fast now its taking its time like its on dial up… :dunno:

anyone else having this problem…

rarly, but sometime is excruciatingly slow :dunno: I’d sooner believe that it had something to do with downloading porn though.

if that was the case it wouldn’t happen at my work. Every other site I visite at here and home is fast as hell but the past 2 days PS has been lagging severly…

well the banner size did not increase… and the ads have been there for months. if anything i would guess its something browser related. perhaps try clearing your cache. the file name was made the same. so it could be having some internal conflict, not knowing if it cached that header or not

i have had no speed issues, from home work or the laptop.

Mike, you don’t have anything other than IE? I’ve found that sometimes IE doesn’t like to load PHP & MySQL documents… it takes some time, whereas using Firefox is much much faster.

I have not seen any problems with speed at work or at home. Comcast and Verizon respectively.

i run maxthon which is based off IE and no issues
