> I’m honestly starting to think none of you have seen the 40 mil film in person and have only seen/used the 20mil film which is what most people probably order from them as they are getting the film for looks.

> Do you fuckers understand how thick it is? It should absolutely be able to take a decent sized pebble. Unless you’ve used the 40mil version they have, STFU. It’s probably the same thickness, if not a little less, of plexi which was suggested in earlier posts.

> Regardless, it probably wasn’t caused by a rock. They are saying thermal shock. Why all of a sudden these fogs cracked due to thermal shock when my previous sets of fogs DIDN’T crack for MONTHS (they cracked from rock chips) is beyond me. I’m not running super hot bulbs. Just your basic fog light bulb. During the install, you spray both sides of the film since it absorbs water. I’m wondering if this ability to absorb shit has anything to do with this ‘thermal shock’ they claim. Or maybe their product just sucks like I said in my original post? I guess we’ll never know.

As I said before… I know what your talking about and I’ve seen it in person.

Impact Resistant = No impact proof

Its not going to change the amount of force thats excreted on the fog light glass from something hitting it at a high rate of speed
