I didn’t see it on the thread, but I heard it from a few people.  
Lancaster was purchased from Paul Cambria, you know, the WNY super lawyer and a few other partners. They are selling the naming to Dunn Tire and as mentioned Ralph Galuzzi will be running the track.

Just putting all the pieces together.
