yeah I did figure it out some jackass TRIED to assemble a motor with parts he bought from some other jackass. tried to run it pulled it and sold it. really not that hard. after seeing how the rest of the motor was put together I am asuming you prolly had the timing off and hit a valve. or it was sold to you fucked up. either way it still comes down to the FACT that the motor ran like shit when you had it ---

i was in the garage all day today too. Motor was poorly assembled, shit quality work. Maybe you didnt know the motor was shit when you sold it, what you do now will tell the rest of us whether you’re shit too. Now’s your chance to make it right. ---

This motor SUCKS! Just say it Reck. It was in my garage all effin day. Not that Killa doesnt have a new born son and wife that he might rather be with. Now its gonna take ANOTHER Saturday away from his family to fix some toilet of a clusterfuck you sold him. And poor dylan had to drive to pick it up, drive home, load it in the back of a barely running car, drive it 45 minutes to cobleskill, take the motor out, put the new one in, drive it back 45 mins, take the motor out of the trunk. NOW DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN NEXT WEEKEND! ---

This shit makes me laugh hard. Your talking about used shit. I would never assume a motor is a truly good motor unless I actually saw it run and then pulled it. If your that concerned about having a reliable vehicle, go to a bank, get a loan, and buy something with a warranty. ---

If it was said to be a running motor Id assume it was ready to drop in and go, just like buying a motor from a junkyard. When I bought a used motor for one of my old trucks I was told it ran and didnt bother to take it apart to see if it was all good. If I was going to go thru that trouble I wouldve fixed the bad motor in the first place. ---

Even if it was stated that it was ready to drop in and run “like a junkyard motor”, I would never **ASSUME**. Literally every engine I have bought used has been complete shit. You want a warranty buy an Hmotors long block. End of discussion. If it was me I’d make things right and never buy or sell a used motor again. I wouldn’t have my buddies E-Thuggin the seller on a public forum either. Take it to PM’s. Fuck. ---

Yes, what I’m saying is your friend shouldn’t have assumed a motor could swap with 0 problems unless he actually saw it run flawlessly. I would never swap a motor into a car without first going through it if I knew I needed to count on it for a daily driver. Your friend should have down that too. He learned a valuable lesson on buying used shit. ---

seemed legit. eric has been decent but def not worth the 700 i spent, seeing as all i needed was a head and now i have two good bottom ends and two heads with shit valves. if this doesn’t work i’m selling the fuckin car and i could go get a loan but i fucking hate car payments. i have other fucking bills and an apartment, i just need a car to go to fucking work. lets just hope the valves work and the guides aren’t sunk. ---

I’ve said my piece. But you guys have to understand that he was told that it ran fine just had a timing issue…ignition related, not timing as moving parts related. I think that’s why we’re all a lil sore. But its not my deal, ill sit back at this point and see if reckone pulls through.
