how about reduce inequality and get poor people more concerned about the kind of car they have and the logo’s on their non-prescription day-glasses… then they will stop having so many kids becuase it means they have to reduce or prolong the wait before they can buy their next pair of thick-framed, unnecessary Versace frames from the nearest Hakim Optical. ---

I agree…actually lets go a step further. You need a college degree to reproduce…otherwise no dice. ---

If you would like to go into a specific field then by all means required otherwise… ---

This would work on soo many levels. Not only would it get the poors to stop reproducing for a larger paycheck, but it would also stop the reproduction of crack babies from crack whores. They would tie there tubes just so they can get there next fix with the 1g they got then hopefully OD. If only there was a way to implement this bill on canadians.☹ We dont need them reproducing either.😃 ---
