its called being “guilty by association.” look it up. you were in the car with him, you have a voice don’t you? you could have told him it was “not cool,” or to “not do that.” instead you sat right there laughing didnt you? your a young kid, i get that, we’ve all done stupid and immature shit, i am no acception to that. i’m not trying to act “holier than thou,” but you’ve gotta know when to stop.
