# Lawsuits are on the way? possibly

well i just got a call from my dad that my idiot uncle bought a 31 foot RV. big deal, good for him, he’s a big show off anyway. Well that wasn’t the most damaging news. HE sold his/my dad’s restored 69 roadrunner 440 6BBL to do it. Now its in my uncles name but it also in writing that my dad has half ownership so when the car gets sold my dad gets half the money. My dad has been trying to get the car for two years and they were about to turn it over and my uncle snuck it out of my grams garage and sold it. My uncle is tryin to stiff my dad on the money and he sold it with my dad’s mopar rally wheels on it. That doesn’t even include the man hours my dad spent on that car. Talk about family fued. My grandma is in the hospital now cause she got so upset at my uncle. I never thought i’d have to hate my own blood that much.
any advise? legal wise is my dad entitled to anything?
Either way my uncle is gonna pay :mad: That car was so close to being in our posession, we found a hemi for it too. He even had the nerve to try put him impala ss back in the garage that my dads business pays for. when they were partners the deal was that business money would pay my grandma for the garage ( garage in oakland is premium) so when he retired with all his settlement money he didn’t even offer to pick up his share of the rent.

my uncle is a jealous asshole, he’s the 2nd son of 4. The rest of the sons have their own thing, my dad is the oldest, the 3rd son played professional baseball, and the 4th is the baby. HE has to try to out do everyone. He’s been really shady the past three years and my dad and him fight at every family gathering. I think its on a whole new level now. i have a feeling fists will be thrown.

> my uncle won’t tell anyone who he sold it to or for how much he sold it. the car was originally a 383 4 speed car and when they restored it they put in the 440+6 and a 727 tourquflite auto. The car was b5 blue metallic (bright blue) black top and black leather interior. i think he’s no longer welcome at my grams house. my g-pa was about to kill him for gettin my gram all upset.
